About The Position

CACI is seeking an Administrative Support Member that will provide integration support in the daily filing of all Program Management documentation. The role involves tracking and filing various documents, travel, and procurement actions in support of the Program and PMO. The position requires identifying and reporting missing/incomplete documents, creating documents using MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, and maintaining tracking documents and SharePoint folders. The candidate must be flexible to assist with other tasks, balance competing priorities, react to emergent tasks, and work productively with others in remote locations. Weekly activity reports are required, along with responding to employee travel-related issues and maintaining travel process documentation.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Attention to detail with processes is a must.
  • Knowledgeable Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) as well as an understanding of Program Procurement actions and record keeping.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Teams.
  • Excellent with written and oral communications.

  • Experience with military travel processing.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and filing of several documents, travel and procurement action in support of the Program and PMO.
  • Find and verify Point of Contacts information for upcoming assignments.
  • Interact with various team members to verify whether prerequisite actions have been completed for travel and/or training.
  • Track scheduling & verify that accounts have met requirements by target dates.
  • Identify and report missing/incomplete documents.
  • Create documents in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Verify & track document completion.
  • Create and maintain tracking documents/tools.
  • Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Maintain proper filing of SharePoint document folders.
  • Assist in other tasks assigned to the program.
  • Balance tasks with competing priorities.
  • React to emergent tasking.
  • Create a routine that ensures tasking is completed with minimal direction or oversight.
  • Work productively with others in remote locations effectively through email.
  • Develop weekly activity reports to document weekly tasking.
  • Respond to employee travel related issues at any time.
  • Maintain and document travel processes.
