Requirements

  • High School diploma or higher level of education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Should be safety conscious, a team player, energetic, self-motivated, eager to learn, possess good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Working Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF.
  • Word Processing (>50 wpm) and/or formatting of all project-related documents (reports, correspondence, tables, etc.).
  • Assist with review/edit process of outgoing documents.
  • Final production/submittal of outgoing documents.
  • Electronic filing/PDF creation/scanning/CD creation.
  • Uploading electronic documents to client’s web-based platform.

Nice To Haves

  • Bookkeeping experience with accounts payable, accounts receivables and general ledger preferred.
  • Project setups in financial accounting program (company-specific system).
  • Project setups and scheduling in web-based platform.
  • Desire to grow in technical knowledge of Atlas' environmental services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist training manager with scheduling of classes, enrollment and payments for students, notifying State and Federal entities of classes (pre and post) within regulated timeframes, issuance of training certificates, printing and assembly of class training manuals and related tasks.
  • Assist Building Science/Industrial Hygiene manager with writing, processing, formatting and QAQC of outgoing documents including word and PDF report document and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist project manager(s) with tracking projects, budgets, status, project setup, and deliverables.
  • Track Accounts Receivable, work-in-progress (WIP).
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks as assigned.
