About The Position

An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Project/Client Manager for their Cleveland team! This role involves performing project and client management duties for multi-discipline projects, working closely with directors, managers, and engineering staff to ensure client needs and expectations are exceeded. The position requires preparing proposals, administering project contracts, managing the design process and work plan, and supervising staff in various design and project management tasks. A key aspect of the role is completing monthly financial performance metrics on managed projects and ensuring the timely delivery of design deliverables at various stages (SD, DD, CD). The Project/Client Manager will also coordinate Architectural and Engineering drawings, attend coordination meetings, manage client expectations, and oversee the QA/QC process. Additionally, the role involves attending meetings and assisting with business development. The salary is commensurate with experience. The company is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
  • 12+ years of project management experience
  • PE License preferred
  • Experience designing a variety of projects including Healthcare, Sports, Commercial, Public Sector, Industrial, Education, and/or Institutional projects
  • Extensive knowledge of local and national building codes/design practices
  • Knowledge of standard construction practices
  • Experience working with contractors to address construction issues
  • Experience working/managing multiple project teams concurrently
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Perform project and client management duties for multi-discipline projects
