Diamond Signs & Graphics is seeking a Client Project Manager to be the "engine" of the company, leading client projects from initial concept to final installation. This role involves working directly with the team, receiving mentorship, and becoming a top-tier project leader in the branding and signage space. The position ensures daily office operations run smoothly and project deliverables remain on schedule. We are looking for a smart, hungry professional eager to learn about the business from the inside out. Requirements

2+ years of project or account management experience.
A track record of elite communication, organization, and decision-making.
Humility & Grit: A willingness to do the "little things" right while never losing sight of the big picture.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or Higher
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Ability to read and understand project specifications and technical drawings a plus.
Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer service orientation.
Familiarity with municipal permitting processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Manage all project efforts, ensuring clients are informed and delighted at every milestone.
Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to source components and keep schedules on track.
Manage municipal permitting and technical requirements to ensure every project is compliant and perfect.
Ensure all company contacts and client interactions are accurately recorded and updated within our customer relationship management system.
Prepare and send detailed project proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in scope and pricing.
Identify opportunities to expand our impact within existing client accounts.
