Diamond Signs & Graphics is seeking a proactive and assertive Client Project Manager to lead key client projects from concept to installation. This role is crucial for ensuring daily office operations run smoothly and project deliverables stay on schedule. 2+ years of project or account management experience.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or higher.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Ability to read and understand project specifications and technical drawings.
Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer service orientation.
Familiarity with municipal permitting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Manage all project efforts, ensuring clients are informed and delighted at every milestone.
Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to source components and keep schedules on track.
Manage municipal permitting and technical requirements to ensure every project is compliant and perfect.
Ensure all company contacts and client interactions are accurately recorded and updated within the customer relationship management system.
Prepare and send detailed project proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in scope and pricing.
Identify opportunities to expand our impact within existing client accounts.
