About The Position

Winter Construction is seeking a Project Administrator to partner in managing diverse projects across a wide array of markets. This is an opportunity to work for a mid-size general contractor where you are not "just a number" and have accessibility to upper management, while also being able to experience projects of various sizes and types. Once fully-onboarded, you will have the ability to enjoy a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in Project Administration within the Construction Industry.
  • Experience managing Lien Waivers, Pay Applications, Change Orders, Contract Routing & Accounts Payable.
  • Local to Metro Atlanta or Willing to Relocate.
