Serve as the first point of contact for callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Manage the main phone line, directing calls to the appropriate department team members or taking detailed messages. Manage all incoming service requests via phone or email, determining warranty or billable and input into the system. Enter/Maintain Remodeling Department schedules in Microsoft Access. Assist in initial entry of Outlines into Buildertrend & Microsoft Access. Coordinate all keys and lock boxes for jobs. Call Customers to confirm schedule start date. Make daily calls for scheduling. Creation of job binders for field use. Support communication between departments by relaying messages and updates efficiently. Provide support to Project Managers as needed. Schedule all inspections needed for projects. Prepare Notices of Commencement. Assist in application preparation for permits.
