About The Position

The Project Administrator provides essential administrative and project support to senior leadership and field service operations within the North America System Integrator (NASI) organization. This role manages data accuracy, reporting, documentation, and project coordination to ensure operational excellence and superior client experience. The ideal candidate is detail driven, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; associate's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, or clerical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated initiative, independent problem-solving, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and effective in both independent and team environments.
  • High integrity, reliability, and composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and cloud-based platforms; ability to learn additional tools such as Adobe and Visio.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clerical and administrative support to field service operations leadership.
  • Create, manage, and distribute reports, project updates, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Collect, validate, enter, and maintain large volumes of confidential or sensitive data using spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
  • Investigate data inconsistencies, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
  • Execute records management activities including scanning, labeling, electronic filing, and secure disposal.
  • Support internal FSO projects by tracking timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Balance competing priorities and manage deadlines with urgency and accountability.
  • Build strong working relationships across NASI operations and with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Deliver services in alignment with company quality standards, SLAs, and client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance client experience, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong situational awareness regarding confidentiality, quality, and organizational risk.
  • Demonstrate initiative by anticipating needs, solving problems, and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Uphold high performance standards and support the execution of organizational priorities.
