Program Support Specialist

For Others Collective•Franklin, TN
•$46,000 - $52,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Program Support Specialist is the administrative engine behind For Others’ Program team. This is an execution-focused role that supports the Program Manager and provides direct administrative support to the EVP of Strategic Partnerships. The position is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through that keep grants, records, schedules, meetings, and team operations moving. It does not own program leadership, partner relationships or strategy, grant priorities or approvals, partner tier placement, negotiations, or staff supervision. The role prepares and tracks grant documents and compliance requirements; maintains CRM data, shared trackers, and organized files; manages calendars, travel, correspondence, and meeting logistics; prepares agendas, records notes, and tracks action items; and gathers background information and quality-checks materials as directed. The Program Manager sets day-to-day priorities and directs the workload. When the Program Manager’s and EVP’s demands compete, the Program Manager determines the order of work in consultation with the EVP. The role has no direct reports. The position is based in Franklin, Tennessee, on a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote each week, with minimal travel. Work is office- and computer-based, with extended periods at a desk and on a computer. The pace can be demanding, and deadlines may run concurrently.
