About The Position

Performs a variety of administrative support functions such as word processing, data entry, typing reports and documents from notes for all programs. Performs switchboard & reception duties and answering general inquiries related to office programs. Schedules work assignments for two administrative support positions.

Requirements

  • Grade Twelve (12) or equivalent
  • Business Administration Certificate
  • One (1) year office experience or two (2) years office experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Working knowledge of industry standard computer hardware and software (e.g. word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software)
  • Working knowledge of email
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
