About The Position

The Program Supervisor manages program areas for the Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP), which supports individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. The team helps clients obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and other support. The role oversees service delivery and staff supervision, while supporting mental health treatment and the program’s day-to-day operations.

This is an in-person position with a Monday–Friday day schedule, flexibility, and one weekend per month. On-call flexibility is required. The stated pay is a flat rate of $55,166.80.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of positively referenced experience.
• A driver’s license with 3 points or less.
• Access to an insured vehicle.
• On-call flexibility.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor smooth day-to-day program operations.
• Implement and maintain systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess, coordinate, and implement clients’ direct support service needs.
• Participate in hiring, training, ongoing supervision, and evaluation of staff.
• Monitor the program budget.
• Ensure compliance with applicable licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their support systems, and partner service providers.
