About The Position

The Program Supervisor oversees areas of the Residential Rehabilitation Program, which serves individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. The program helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and other support. The role manages program areas, including service delivery and staff supervision, and provides support for mental health treatment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of positively referenced experience.
• Flexibility to be on call.
• A driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor smooth day-to-day program operations.
• Implement and maintain systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess, coordinate, and implement clients’ direct support service needs.
• Participate in hiring, training, ongoing supervision, and evaluation of staff.
• Monitor the program budget.
• Ensure compliance with applicable licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their support systems, and partner service providers.
