About The Position

This is a flexible, on-demand, part-time role focused on quality assurance. The Program Manager visits local school sites to ensure programs run smoothly and meet HOKALI’s standards. The role supports compliance, classroom operations, instructional coordination, scheduling, site administration, and secure handling of confidential program and student information.

The position is based in San Francisco, California, with potential visits to nearby partner schools. The schedule is dynamic and hourly within a 1:00 PM–6:00 PM window, varying according to weekly operational demand. The rate is $40 per hour.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in Field Operations or a similar coordinator role.
• Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment.
• Solid understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of ASES and ELOP guidelines to ensure regulatory and operational compliance across sites.
• Visit partner schools during designated hours to oversee program execution, introduce yourself to school staff and instructors, and support classroom operations.
• Manage the creation, tracking, and review of lesson plans.
• Attend weekly alignment meetings with the Operations Coordinator to review priorities and independently build a site visitation schedule.
• Oversee site administrative tasks, including accurate record-keeping, tracking sign-out sheets, and managing required session documentation.
• Securely maintain and handle confidential program information, school directories, location details, and student data.
