The Program Manager oversees the administration, management, operations, coordination, and delivery of all consumer services for a LOFT Community Service Program, and its multiple locations, in accordance with the established philosophy and policies of LOFT and government regulatory agencies. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and supervision of staff, including training and development programs. The Program Manager establishes and maintains effective client and community relations, combined with a strong advocacy role to meet the varied needs of the program in liaison with LOFT Community Services. LOFT Back to Home Orillia provides specialized support to vulnerable and at-risk older adults with complex physical health challenges, mental health challenges, addictions or cognitive impairment LOFT responds to each resident’s needs, so they can live safely and in good health in the community as they age. Through our care, we aim to postpone for as long as possible, or eliminate, any need for institutional care. Our programs offers 24/7 care through our specialized Personal Support Worker (PSW) team, providing such services as assistance with personal care, essential housekeeping, laundry services, and escorts to appointments.
