About The Position

Arisa Health is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership for its School-based Program serving Conway, Perry, and Faulkner counties. The position is based onsite in Conway, Arkansas. Arisa Health is a nonprofit behavioral health provider offering outpatient, crisis and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children’s and adult services, medical services, and residential services across 41 Arkansas counties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and be patient.
• Good time-management skills.
• Good organizational and computer skills, including Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience within a behavioral health setting.
