About The Position

Arisa Health is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership for the School-based Program serving Conway, Perry, and Faulkner counties. The position is based onsite in Conway, Arkansas, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. It was formed through the affiliation of four long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers and provides outpatient, crisis and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children's and adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and within a treatment team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize, and to be patient.
• Good time management skills.
• Good organizational and computer skills, including Excel.
