About The Position
The Program Manager - Outpatient position offers a great work-life balance and flexibility of hours. This full-time role is located at the Harrison in Indianapolis, within an Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will work with higher functioning residents in a lovely community. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings. This position is for individuals who are customer-focused, excel at developing relationships, and are ambitious. As a Program Manager Outpatient, you will have the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the "go to person" on the team for customers, residents, and staff. Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Treat patients
- Gain leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling
- Serve as a liaison for Area Manager
