About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizing project/implementation scope. They develop detailed implementation plans including internal, client, and third-party resourcing. The role involves managing and coordinating with these resources to ensure successful, on-time, and quality implementations. Key duties include generating weekly status reports, holding status meetings, and scheduling/leading steering committee meetings with C-level client decision-makers and senior management. The Program Manager also serves as a trusted relationship manager, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and a smooth transition to the steady-state servicing team. Budget management and reporting for implementations are also crucial. The role requires the ability to identify, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements within project timelines. Additionally, the Program Manager acts as a liaison between the Sales team and Global Delivery team pre-project, and between Global Delivery and Client Services post-implementation. The ability to manage multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight is essential.

Requirements

  • Expert Technical skills in JIRA, Excel, Clarizen and Salesforce.
  • Financial Services Experience (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc).
  • Project management in a matrix reporting environment.
  • Investment accounting and reporting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery model.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s in finance or accounting.
  • 7+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.
  • Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Securities or financial markets experience.
  • Experience of managing a team essential (7-15 people).

Responsibilities
