Key duties include generating weekly status reports, holding status meetings, and scheduling/leading steering committee meetings with C-level client decision-makers and Clearwater senior management. The Program Manager acts as a trusted relationship manager, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and a smooth transition to the steady-state servicing team. They also manage and report on implementation budgets and are expected to identify, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements. This role serves as a bridge between various business stakeholders, including Client Servicing, Sales, and Development teams, and requires the ability to manage multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.
