Program Manager - Training

Winsupply•Moraine, OH

About The Position

The Program Manager autonomously designs, executes, and continuously aligns complex training portfolios to build organizational capability and mature the talent pipeline. The role operates with high tactical autonomy and minimal executive oversight, ensuring the workforce can support rapid organizational growth. Candidates will be assigned to either Local Company Operations or the Support Services Campus based on organizational needs and domain expertise; in either track, the Program Manager owns the lifecycle of assigned training programs. The role leads and develops program coordinators and instructional designers, oversees resource allocation and cross-functional workflows, and fosters accountability and professional growth. It owns complex, multi-session learning pathways from conception through execution, aligns milestones with company growth strategies, and guides the design and modernization of curricula and learning materials. In the Local Company Operations track, the portfolio includes the Management Development Training Program, scholarship program, localized operational pathways, and advanced instructional modules for core job roles. The role cultivates Local Company Presidents and subject matter experts to co-lead masterclasses and drives training application in areas such as data analytics, value-based pricing, matrix optimization, and inventory management. In the Support Services Campus track, the portfolio includes sequential leadership programs and third-party executive management programs. The role modernizes overlapping program phases into modular micro-learning paths, collaborates with Service Company leaders on onboarding and technology-adoption training, and conducts standardized training-needs audits to identify capability gaps and propose interventions. Across both tracks, the Program Manager partners with business leaders to translate institutional knowledge into educational programs, maintains subject matter expert records, and evaluates training outcomes and return on investment. The position also involves sitting or standing for extended periods, computer use, and approximately 20% travel.
