About The Position
The Program Manager serves as the primary administrative and operational support partner for the Interventional Cardiology section. The role provides high-level coordination for physician faculty and critical clinical scheduling functions, manages complex schedules, and supports efficient day-to-day operations. The position partners closely with the Section Leader and a team of Interventional Cardiology faculty to support seamless clinical and operational workflows. The Program Manager oversees program creation, coordination, and execution; manages the program budget; provides training and guidance to individuals supporting the program; and promotes program growth and expansion. Additional duties may be assigned. The role also uses program management, financial processes, process improvement, peer leadership, networking, and quality management capabilities.
Requirements
- Three years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
