About The Position

Beyond100K is a networked-impact organization working to reduce the STEM teacher shortage and increase student and teacher belonging. Its goal by 2032 is to mobilize a growing network to prepare and retain 150,000 STEM teachers, beginning with schools in Black, Latinx, and Native American communities. Beyond100K advances this work through whole-network programming and CoLabs, which bring partners together to address high-leverage challenges. The Program Manager sits on the Network Community Team, which designs ways for partners to connect and collaborate. This role leads the experience design of whole-network convening spaces, including the flagship annual Summit, regional meet-ups, virtual learning sessions, network launches, and new-partner onboarding. The manager also develops engagement pathways that help partners build relationships and deepen their involvement through one-to-one connections, the Circle virtual community platform, and micro-communities. The position oversees event strategy, participant experience, budgets, delivery, vendors, and evaluation. It collaborates with teammates and partners to monitor outcomes and improve programs and partner experiences. Expected travel is 10–15%, including bi-annual team retreats, the annual Summit and partner convening, regional meet-ups, and selected in-person partner engagements. The role reports to the Associate Director, Network Development & Impact. Beyond100K is a remote organization with a team-oriented, feedback-rich culture that values learning, collaboration, diverse perspectives, and racial justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. The salary band is $75,500–$85,500, commensurate with experience.
