About The Position

Acquisition Professionals (AP) LLC is hiring a Program Manager to provide professional services that coordinate and integrate portfolio operations while maintaining acquisition, financial management, and service quality. The work supports services positioned to meet clients’ mission-critical requirements. The role supports use of data, automation, and Super Intelligence (SI) to streamline service delivery and inform decision-making. It also provides acquisition, financial quality, and human capital support; implements business process improvements; and supports communication and customer engagement.

Requirements

Active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
Five years of process improvement experience.
Five years of experience identifying requirements, converting them into project plans and milestones, implementing plans, and briefing Government leadership.
Five or more years of experience managing, supervising, and training personnel on similar projects.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.

Responsibilities

Lead overall Task Order execution and contractor and subcontractor activities.
Manage staffing, schedules, funding, risks, quality, and deliverables.
Maintain the Project Management Dashboard and Project Management Plan (PMP).
Manage Government communications, data calls, and reporting.
Lead transition-in, transition-out, and continuity activities.
Coordinate performance across all task areas.
Support leveraging data, automation, and Super Intelligence (SI) to streamline service delivery and inform decision-making.
Provide acquisition, financial quality, and human capital support.
Implement business process improvements.
Provide communication and customer engagement support.
