Program Manager, Partnerships

Braze•Austin, TX
•$86,400 - $124,000

About The Position

The Program Manager, Partnerships operates across the Partnerships department, coordinating priorities, cross-functional initiatives, and high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. The role establishes and maintains clear visibility into department workstreams, including project status, ownership, dependencies, and risks, with Jira serving as the source of truth. It supports flagship company and department events, the department’s operating rhythm, communications, annual planning, and employee-engagement follow-up. The role takes projects from brief through delivery, builds repeatable processes, and provides leadership with transparent, reliable updates. It does not own pillar content or leadership decisions; instead, it owns delivery and clarity, identifies gaps and risks early, and helps teams execute without formal authority. The position also requires discretion when handling sensitive information, such as survey results, plans in progress, and organizational changes. If Braze’s acquisition by Salesforce completes, the role will help plan and track the alignment of the Braze partner program with the broader Salesforce partner program and ecosystem.
