Program Manager, Partnerships

Braze•San Francisco, CA
•$96,800 - $138,400

About The Position

The Program Manager, Partnerships operates across the entire Partnerships department, coordinating priorities across functional pillars and providing clear visibility into initiatives, ownership, status, dependencies, and risks. The role manages high-priority projects and supports flagship events, cross-functional programs, departmental planning, and the department’s operating rhythm. It establishes repeatable processes and maintains Jira as a source of truth so work is delivered on time and leadership can see what is moving, what is blocked, and what needs attention. The role partners closely with the AVP, Partner Experience, the SVP, Partnerships, Partner Operations, pillar leads, leadership, and teams such as Marketing and Events. It supports OKRs, monthly and quarterly business reviews, quarterly narratives, monthly All Hands, department communications, PR-FAQ tracking, annual planning, and follow-up on employee engagement survey actions. Event and project work may include SKO, Forge Partner Day, and the departmental kick-off. If Braze’s acquisition by Salesforce completes, the role may help plan and track alignment of Braze’s partner program with the broader Salesforce partner program and ecosystem. The position emphasizes ownership of delivery and clarity rather than ownership of content or decisions. The Program Manager builds trust and drives results through influence, clear communication, rigorous tracking, effective facilitation, early identification of risks, and discretion when handling sensitive information. It requires shifting between operational detail and executive-level communication while building practical processes that last.
