About The Position

The Data Coordinating Center (DCC) at Seattle Children's supports collaborative programs involving clinicians, researchers, healthcare organizations, and community partners to advance multicenter clinical research and improve healthcare delivery. The Program Manager II coordinates and implements initiatives across these partnerships. The role initially supports a statewide rural healthcare initiative focused on strengthening pediatric care through clinical partnerships, education, and innovative care delivery approaches, and may contribute to other DCC programs as organizational needs evolve. The Program Manager serves as a central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders, with responsibility for partner engagement, program implementation, and day-to-day operations. The role manages project timelines and deliverables; coordinates activities across multidisciplinary teams and participating sites; develops and maintains systems to track progress; and supports program reporting and continuous improvement. Success requires independent judgment, initiative, effective communication, and the ability to turn program objectives into coordinated action across diverse healthcare and research settings. This is a 0.50 FTE, 20-hour-per-week position with a hybrid work arrangement. The selected candidate is expected to work onsite at Seattle Children's Research Institute on Thursdays and Fridays, with the remaining half-day scheduled for remote work. The position is not eligible for health benefits. The compensation range is $110,122–$165,182 per year, calculated based on full-time employment of 2,080 hours per calendar year.
