About The Position

The Program Manager (PM) will lead cross-functional technology and integration programs, interfacing with business leaders, engineering, IT architecture, data/analytics, cybersecurity, and external vendors to deliver enterprise systems, digital capabilities, and product-related IT solutions on time and within budget. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and IT/IS teams to ensure seamless execution of system implementations, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives. The PM is responsible for managing program scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across complex, multi-system environments.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 5–10 years of experience leading technology programs, system implementations, or enterprise integrations
  • Strong experience with Enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, PLM, CRM, MES)
  • Strong experience with System integrations (APIs, middleware, data pipelines)
  • Strong experience with Digital transformation or IT modernization initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple system dependencies
  • Experience working in matrixed, global environments with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, business case development)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with project and program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent preferred
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (FDA, ISO 13485) and validation considerations in system implementations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs, including enterprise applications, system integrations, and digital initiatives.
  • Own program outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business value realization.
  • Drive coordination across multiple workstreams, including IS, Quality, Product, etc., as well as third party vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and customers for technology programs.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, integrated technology solutions in partnership with Architecture and Engineering.
  • Facilitate business needs intake and documentation of those needs into technology governance & prioritization mechanisms.
  • Manage expectations and facilitate decision-making across executive and functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including dependencies across other projects and external partners.
  • Lead program governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive updates.
  • Partner with IS leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards, security, and Quality/compliance requirements.
  • Lead Enterprise Systems scrum teams in delivery across ERP, PLM, CRM, manufacturing systems, and digital platforms.
  • Partner with technical teams to manage the delivery of API integrations, data migrations, and system interoperability.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support business case development and ROI tracking for technology investments.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks related to project dependencies, scrum team delivery, and deployment readiness.
  • Lead issue resolution and escalation management across technical and business teams.
  • Govern scope changes, ensuring alignment with IS Governance priorities and architectural standards.
  • Lead matrixed teams including IT, Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners.
  • Facilitate collaboration across global sites and teams to support integrated system deployments.
