About The Position

This role focuses on providing guidance and leadership to a Client Delivery Executive team. The Integration Program Manager will guide team members through various client delivery duties, including day-to-day client contact, engagement with internal teams, service reviews, issue resolution, documentation, reporting, and ensuring revenue and retention success. The role is responsible for ensuring the team successfully plans, implements, and executes delivery of contracted services, keeping leadership informed of progress and potential issues. The manager will also allocate work, monitor team performance, and serve as a primary escalation point for issues.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 0-2 years’ leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides guidance to assigned Client Delivery Executive team members.
  • Guides team members through execution of Client Delivery Executive duties, including: Day-to-day client contact and interaction, Engagement across internal product, service and related teams, Ongoing service reviews, Issue identification and resolution, Documentation and reporting, and Revenue and retention success.
  • Ensures team successfully plans, implements and executes delivery of contracted services.
  • Keeps leadership advised of potential problem areas and team achievements.
  • Allocates work and monitors team performance, offering guidance, coaching and corrective feedback as appropriate.
  • Serves as a first escalation point for issues raised by team members, customers or other stakeholders.
