Program Management & Implementation

2020 Companies•Minneapolis, MN

About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a Program Management & Implementation (PMI) Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and programs across the organization. The role provides cross-functional visibility into project timelines, resource requirements, operational dependencies, and potential risks so projects are positioned for successful delivery. Working with Account Management, Project Coordination, Field Operations, Scheduling, Training, Quality Assurance, and other internal stakeholders, the PMI Manager aligns project execution with operational capacity and business priorities. Unlike a traditional Project Manager focused on individual deliverables, this role oversees concurrent projects, identifies potential conflicts, coordinates shared resources, and supports consistent operational processes. The successful candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working across departments to solve problems, improve processes, and keep complex initiatives moving forward. Success includes giving leadership clear visibility into upcoming project demands, helping teams understand their responsibilities and dependencies, identifying conflicts early, and reducing preventable disruptions as projects move through planning and execution.
