Program Management & Implementation

2020 Companies•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

The Program Management & Implementation (PMI) Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and programs across the organization. The role provides cross-functional visibility into project timelines, resource requirements, operational dependencies, and potential risks to help position projects for successful delivery. The PMI Manager works with Account Management, Project Coordination, Field Operations, Scheduling, Training, Quality Assurance, and other internal stakeholders to align project execution with operational capacity and business priorities. Unlike a traditional project manager focused on individual project deliverables, this role maintains a broader view of concurrent projects, identifies potential conflicts, coordinates shared resources, and supports consistent operational processes. The successful candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working across departments to solve problems, improve processes, and keep complex initiatives moving forward. The position supports the organization’s shift toward proactive operational coordination by giving leadership visibility into upcoming project demands, clarifying cross-functional responsibilities and dependencies, and identifying potential conflicts early. The role contributes to consistent execution, internal collaboration, organizational growth, and positive client outcomes.
