Implementation Program Manager

Roadrunner
•Onsite

About The Position

Roadrunner is building PQA (Prompt, Quote, Approve), an agentic enterprise stack intended to replace traditional CPQ software. The company is an early-stage venture incubated by Kleiner Perkins, led by repeat founders, and staffed by engineers with experience at technology and finance companies. The team works in person in San Francisco. The Implementation Program Manager delivers Roadrunner implementation engagements from start to finish, managing multiple moderately complex to complex solutions and concurrent projects. The role monitors delivery quality, financials, risks, and performance; keeps programs on schedule and within budget; and drives product adoption by aligning implementations with customer business goals. The manager works with technical and executive stakeholders and coordinates cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. Example work includes leading a POC integrating Roadrunner with Salesforce and NetSuite, and owning a technical workstream for a global SaaS customer's migration from legacy CPQ.

Requirements

  • Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with a track record of owning complex enterprise deals or implementations end-to-end.
  • Comfort engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders, including CIOs, RevOps leaders, and CAOs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with CPQ and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CPQ, or HubSpot, and a strong understanding of enterprise quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
  • Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP, and how they integrate with the broader revenue stack, including order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Proven experience delivering quote-to-cash programs.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for business audiences and vice versa.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling or implementing CPQ and firsthand understanding of its pain points.
