About The Position

The Salvation Army, Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP), is seeking a Program Coordinator for its Community Based Living program in Lower Bucks County, PA. This full-time, exempt role involves leading a team and advocating for adults with developmental disabilities to ensure they live with dignity and joy. The position focuses on providing top-tier care, safety, and staff mentorship within a residential setting.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (or 60 credits) with 2 years of field experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant field experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word)
• Comfortable utilizing computers and other technologies including electric health record databases.
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and county regulations (6400) for adult developmental disability services.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain a positive, high-quality work environment.
• Flexible availability based on scheduling and supervision for 24/7 residential operations.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff
• Managing schedules
• Ensuring top-tier care and safety for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Mentoring staff
• Managing and tracking medical appointments, financial information, staff schedules, petty cash, and quality surveys
• Managing on-call responsibilities
