About The Position

CLEAResult is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator based in Chelan County, Washington, to support a local income-qualified energy efficiency program funded by the county's public utility district. This program assists customers in reducing high energy bills through free home energy upgrades and educates them on their importance. As the program has experienced rapid growth, this role will act as a key support to the Program Manager, handling customer-facing and administrative tasks to manage this expansion. The Program Coordinator will be the primary local representative and initial contact for customers, ensuring the smooth delivery of program services and daily operations. Responsibilities include customer support, coordinating project scheduling and communications, and performing administrative duties to maintain program efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and can deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, coordinating and supporting staff with project scheduling and administrative functions. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential as approximately 85% of the program's customers are Spanish-speaking. Experience with or understanding of low-income communities, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with technology are highly valued. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel for outreach or meetings are required. This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours/week, with some scheduling flexibility), fully in-person, with a preference for candidates residing in the Wenatchee area.

Requirements

  • Fluent, professional-level bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (required).
  • Genuine experience with or connection to low-income communities.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, or program coordination.
  • Experience working with low-income programs, community service, or energy-efficiency programs.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
  • Comfort learning new databases/software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and community partners.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to commute if needed for outreach or meetings.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.

  • QuickBase experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communications for program staff and energy auditors.
  • Maintain program records, paperwork, correspondence, and data in QuickBase.
  • Process payments, perform data entry, and support reporting and data quality efforts.
  • Support daily program operations and ensure compliance with program requirements.
