About The Position

This position is responsible for implementing and developing the Circle of Parents model of support. This position will coordinate with the group facilitators, collaborating providers, and the Illuminate Colorado State office to ensure appropriate support of group intervention for parents across a diverse population and fidelity to establish an evidence-based model. This position will be responsible for encouraging the development of parents' leadership skills and working with the Parent Support Network (PSN) to develop parent leaders, advertising, recruiting, and co-facilitating the group until the parent leader can demonstrate self-reliance.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and other software programs.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities
