About The Position

LifeSTEPS is seeking an on-call Program Coordinator for the Lake Elsinore, California area. Under the direction of the Regional Director of Social Services, the coordinator designs, implements, and coordinates activities and programs at assigned affordable housing complexes, working closely with the Director of Social Services to provide high-quality services to residents. The role focuses on supporting children from low-income and underserved families through after-school education and resources, homework assistance, and academic enrichment in a caring and safe environment. The position aims to help children thrive, become empowered, and develop into resilient adults.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience in a similar environment providing services.
Valid California driver's license.
Reliable, insured transportation.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities
