The Adam C. Sinn ’00 Department of Finance is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Program Coordinator II to play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support for undergraduate and graduate advising services. In this collaborative position, you'll coordinate student-focused initiatives, support recruiting and advising events, and manage key communications and academic resources. Working closely with advisors, faculty, program directors, and departmental leadership, you'll provide the support to help advance student success. Ideal candidates will bring experience in administrative support and advising, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment. Familiarity with Texas A&M systems such as Howdy, Compass, Navigate, and other advising platforms will be valuable as you assist with student records, reporting, and program operations.
