The DDS North Central Area Office seeks motivated and experienced candidates for the role of Program Coordinator II. The Program Coordinator II (PCII) will maintain up to date knowledge of DDS systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) waivers and managing essential data, projects, and reporting processes related to Individual Service Plans (ISP), Service Enrollments, Level of Care (LOC), and POC/IPOC). The PCII is a member of the Area Office Leadership Team and is involved in management-level planning activities. The position requires analytical expertise to create systems to track information necessary for the area office team to support individuals. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working on complex projects that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additional responsibilities include the completion of special projects and requests for information assigned by the Area Director and Assistant Area Director.
