About The Position

Arisa Health is hiring a full-time, exempt Program Coordinator II in Russellville, Arkansas. The Program Coordinator provides clinical leadership within the program and administrative leadership for daily operations. The role includes clinical and administrative supervision of assigned staff, relationship-building with internal and external partners, and participation in administrative, clinical, and external meetings as required. The position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Arisa Health is a nonprofit behavioral health provider serving 41 Arkansas counties and offering outpatient, crisis, substance abuse counseling, intensive children’s and adult services, medical services, and residential services.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work.
Current Arkansas independent license (LPC or LCSW).
At least two years of work experience in a mental health facility.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize, and to be patient.
Good time-management skills.
Good organizational and computer skills, including Excel.
Current driver’s license.
