About The Position

Arisa Health is seeking a Program Manager for its outpatient program in Russellville, Arkansas. The Program Manager provides clinical leadership within the program. This is an onsite, full-time position with work hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Arisa Health is Arkansas’ largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed through the affiliation of four long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, it provides outpatient and crisis services, emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children’s and adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize, and to be patient.
• Good time management skills.
• Good organizational and computer skills, including Excel.
