Grand Canyon University (GCU) partners with Hope Women’s Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to offer community services aimed at improving the quality of life for residents in the Phoenix Valley. Hope Women’s Center provides free life skills classes, mentoring, job training, and programs for expectant mothers, mothers, and children. This Community Service Learning Program (CSLP) position, approved under the Federal Work-Study (FWS) program, requires applicants to have their FAFSA on file and be eligible for FWS. The CSLP Intern's work schedule is flexible, not exceeding 20 hours per week during the academic year, and is dependent on the operational needs of Hope Women's Center. Services provided are open and accessible to non-GCU community members.
