About The Position

Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) is a network of Integrated Youth Services hub networks operating in communities across Ontario. Its hubs provide youth ages 12 to 25 with walk-in access to youth-centered, community-based mental health and wellness services. YWHO engages young people, families, service providers, and other partners in co-creating services that are provincially consistent in core features and locally adapted. Services connect youth to mental health care, substance use health services, primary care, education, employment, housing, peer and family support, and care navigation. The YWHO Provincial Office at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, permanent Program Consultant (Integration and Implementation Specialist, PreVenture). Reporting to the Manager of Early Intervention and Prevention, the successful candidate will support the Integrated Youth Services delivery model across local YWHO networks and community partners, including implementation of PreVenture. PreVenture is an evidence-based prevention program using personality-focused interventions to promote mental health and delay substance use among youth ages 12–18. YWHO, in partnership with School-Mental Health Ontario, supports implementation in school boards across the province in collaboration with local YWHO Networks, as well as delivery through community partners and youth-serving agencies. Working with the Early Intervention and Prevention team and the Integration and Implementation Team, the consultant will contribute expertise in Implementation Science, Quality Improvement, change management, partner engagement and co-development, knowledge mobilization, and system change. The role requires strong anti-oppressive and anti-racist practice and the ability to help partners identify, prioritize, and develop equity-focused actions that produce sustained change. The consultant will support Indigenous communities and service providers throughout implementation, providing tailored support at agency and system levels. This includes outreach and engagement with Indigenous and First Nations-led organizations and communities, and developing implementation tools and supporting program implementation and development with First Nations and Indigenous communities in Ontario. The position is located in Ontario, outside the GTA. Travel to locations is expected as part of program assignments. A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are required.
