Program Associate
About The Position
Bancroft is hiring a Program Associate to support adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities in its BI - Adult - Day department in Mt Laurel. The role focuses on providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner and helping individuals build daily living skills, independence, and community connections. The posted schedule is Sunday 9 a.m.–3 p.m. and Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44. Bancroft is a service provider for children and adults with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, and people in need of neurological rehabilitation. The organization has 2,700 employees across more than 200 facilities and homes in New Jersey and Delaware.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends.
- Current driver's license in good standing.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
