About The Position

Bancroft is hiring a part-time Program Associate, described in the posting as a Direct Support Professional, for its TBI - Adult Brain Injury Day department in Mt. Laurel/Cherry Hill. The work can vary from hour to hour and may be physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
