About the position
The job overview for this position is that the company, Team CATHEXIS, is seeking a dynamic Program Analyst to join their team. The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing program support to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects and associated requirements. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, the ability to collaborate across function areas, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proactively anticipate requirements. In the first 90 days, success means setting goals, building relationships, developing a comprehensive understanding of team processes, and providing editorial and creative editing input to deliverables. The responsibilities include administrative and programmatic support, triaging incoming requests, managing tasks, creating presentations, conducting proofreading and editing, and supporting the development of policies and standard operating procedures. The minimum requirements for this role are a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and programmatic support
- Conduct initial triage of incoming requests from internal partners and external clients
- Manage tasks including but not limited to ad hoc client requests, proactive analyses, and the coordination/triaging of deliverables from multiple sources
- Oversee cross function activities as assigned
- Create professional-level PowerPoint presentations to convey key points and concepts in a simplified way that gains client buy-in/concurrence
- Conduct detailed proofreading and editing, supporting projects, ad-hoc client requests and assigned team deliverables
- Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, Gantt charts, Venn diagrams and other visual depictions of project processes and plans
- Support the development of policies and standard operating procedures for program standardization
Requirements

- Proofread and technical edit products and deliverables against implied and defined standards

- Professionally work with subcontractors throughout a project process to deliver client requirements
