Professional Services Scoping Analyst

CentralSquare Technologies•,

About The Position

The Professional Services Scoping Analyst defines the scope of effort for CentralSquare software and services projects and documents it in a way that aligns CentralSquare and the client. The role responds to sales scoping requests by estimating the hours required to deliver a project, which inform pricing and quoting, and prepares Statements of Work and Statements of Services (SOW/SOS) specifying project tasks, deliverables, and responsibilities. Accurate scoping helps prevent resourcing surprises and confusion or conflict about contracted scope. The analyst is the primary liaison among sales, product management, and services on project-scope matters, working with these groups to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and improve scoping and SOW/SOS templates. Salesforce is the system of record for requests and related artifacts, while SharePoint stores scoping and SOW documents; both must be kept accurate and current. The role operates in a high-volume environment that includes quick-turn requests and requires speed, attention to detail, and accuracy.
