About The Position
Ripple Treasury, formerly GTreasury, provides integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions. The Professional Services Consultant connects Ripple Treasury’s technology with clients’ financial goals by understanding each client’s business environment, recommending industry best practices, and configuring solutions to improve treasury operations. The role includes leading discovery, designing and documenting future-state solutions, advising clients on treasury modernization, configuring the platform, training users, and sharing client feedback with internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
- Experience taking a consultative approach by exploring client needs, challenging the status quo, and guiding clients toward better outcomes.
- Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
- Ability to translate technical and complex financial concepts into accessible, compelling language for CFOs.
- Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
- Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance, with comfort discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Design and document the client’s future-state solution, selecting appropriate Ripple Treasury configurations to meet client goals.
- Advise clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
- Configure the platform to align its technical setup with the agreed strategic vision.
- Facilitate training sessions to empower users and help clients realize value from the solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, sharing client feedback and influencing the product roadmap.
