About The Position

Ripple is hiring a Professional Services Consultant for Ripple Treasury, its integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solution. The consultant will connect Ripple Treasury technology with clients’ financial goals by understanding each client’s business environment, recommending industry best practices, and designing configurations that improve treasury operations. The role includes leading discovery, defining solution architecture, configuring the platform, training users, and sharing client feedback with internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
• Experience taking a consultative approach: asking questions, challenging the status quo, and guiding clients toward better outcomes.
• Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible and compelling explanations of financial concepts.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance, with comfort discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Design and document the future-state solution and determine the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury products for client goals.
• Advise clients on treasury best practices and help modernize legacy processes.
• Configure the platform to align the technical implementation with the agreed strategic vision.
• Facilitate training sessions to empower users and help clients realize value from the solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, sharing client feedback and influencing the product roadmap.
