About The Position

Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) provides integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions. The Professional Services Consultant connects Ripple Treasury’s technology with clients’ financial goals, serving as a digital architect and trusted advisor. The role involves understanding each client’s business environment, recommending industry best practices, and configuring solutions to improve treasury operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
• A consultative approach, including asking questions, challenging the status quo, and guiding clients toward better outcomes.
• Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows among treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Ability to translate technical and financial concepts for executive audiences.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance, with the ability to discuss cash flow, debt, and financial risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Design and document the future-state solution, selecting the optimal Ripple Treasury configuration for client goals.
• Guide clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
• Configure the platform and ensure its technical setup aligns with the strategic solution.
• Deliver training sessions to help users realize value from the solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, sharing client feedback and influencing the product roadmap.
