About The Position
Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) provides integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will connect Ripple Treasury’s technology with clients’ financial goals. You will understand each client’s business environment, recommend industry best practices, and configure solutions that improve treasury operations. The role includes advising clients, designing target-state solutions, configuring the platform, enabling users, and sharing client feedback with internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
- Experience taking a consultative approach, asking questions, challenging the status quo, and guiding clients toward better outcomes.
- Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
- Strong communication skills, including translating technical and financial concepts for executive audiences.
- Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
- Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance, with comfort discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Design and document the target-state solution, selecting an optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet client goals.
- Advise clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
- Configure the platform to align technical implementation with the strategic solution.
- Deliver training to empower users and help clients realize value from the solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, sharing client feedback and influencing the product roadmap.
