About The Position
Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) provides integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions. The Professional Services Consultant connects Ripple Treasury’s technology with clients’ financial goals by understanding their business environments, recommending industry best practices, and designing configurations that improve treasury operations. The role guides clients through discovery, solution design, implementation, training, and modernization of treasury processes, while sharing client feedback with internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
- A consultative approach, including asking questions, challenging the status quo, and guiding clients toward better outcomes.
- Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
- Strong communication skills, including translating technical and financial concepts for CFO audiences.
- Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
- Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance; comfort discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Design and document clients’ future-state processes and determine the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s solutions.
- Advise clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
- Configure the platform and ensure the technical setup aligns with the agreed strategic vision.
- Facilitate training sessions to empower users and help clients realize value from the solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, sharing client feedback and influencing the product roadmap.
